Challenge Overview

Throughout the month of May, we invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace. Our meditation challenge offers a series of guided practices, each ranging from 5 to 10 minutes in length, making it accessible for individuals of all schedules and experience levels.

What to expect:

  • Flexibility to integrate meditation into your daily routine, whether it's in the morning, during breaks, or before bedtime.

How the Challenge works:

Join us to challenge yourself for just 5-10 minutes a day. Choose the meditations that resonate with you and repeat them throughout the month of May. Select from the 7 new meditation classes with Lucy, filmed specifically for this challenge (see below).
